Iris: The International Journal of Research in Eye Sciences is the official scientific publication of the Sociedad Chilena de Oftalmología (SOCHIOF), being it the journal’s main funding source.

Revista Iris journal firmly supports the open access initiative and does not charge authors for production or publishing of their manuscripts. All works published in the journal are open for readers without charge under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
